Dear comrades,
In part 3 of Brian Baker's article we see two images from the North Pole from 1980 and 2008. These images do not prove what Baker is trying to prove, but precisely the opposite. Yes, in the 1980 picture you see more snow. But as the site warns, "Historic snow cover data not displayed on these images. Snow cover data is displayed only for most recent dates." The pictures are trying to show the amount of multi-year sea ice and the figures show, together with the rest of the data on that website, that there is a clear downward trend. Not a very serious approach to science from Baker.
