Only class war can stop imperialist aggression
On August 1st more than 200 students of JKNSF (Marxists) organised a rally in Rawalakot (Kashmir) to condemn the Israeli aggression on Lebanon and Palestine. They were chanting slogans like “Down with imperialism…. Long live Socialism”, “No religious war nor national war…Class war, Class war” and were flying red flags.
The rally started from the degree college ground and after completing a full round of the city ended up in the district court square. The speaker addressing the rally said that the aggression of US imperialism on Iraq and Afghanistan and the recent attack of Israel on Lebanon and Palestine are the symptoms of barbarism, which is flowing directly from the deepening crisis of capitalism.
We strongly condemn these acts of aggression and killings of innocent people for the sake of prophets and demand an urgent withdrawal of US and Israeli forces from all the occupied territories. The capitalist system in its epoch of terminal decay can only produce destruction. Therefore only the overthrow of capitalism can put an end to all of these wars and brutalities. Only a socialist revolution based on the ideas of Marxism and international class solidarity of the proletariat can uproot this historically obsolete system and we will struggle till the socialist victory. Among the speakers were comrade Shoaib, Ajmal and Comrade Shahid and Comrade Amjad were the Stage Secretaries.
