The main peculiarity of the present war in Ukraine is that it has been completely overshadowed by an unprecedented war of information. This has served to generate a lot of heat, but very little light. In fact, its principal objective is not to inform, but to conceal the real situation. In this, one has to admit, it has been highly successful.
The world is in a period of deep crisis. Capitalism and its apologists have proven unable to explain or resolve the problems facing the working class everywhere. Only the ideas of Marxism offer an explanation and a way out. It is for this reason that we are proud to announce the launch of the International Marxist University 2022, a four-day online event organised by the International Marxist Tendency, dedicated to discussing the core ideas of Marxist theory and how we can use them to change the world.

O recente acordo entre o Fundo Monetário Internacional (FMI) e a Argentina, aprovado em meio a protestos em massa, evita por meio do adiamento o que de outra forma seria um calote iminente de seu empréstimo de 2018. As condicionalidades do acordo significarão um programa de austeridade severo e uma maior sujeição do país ao FMI por meio de inspeções trimestrais. Na realidade, é pouco provável que as duas partes alcancem seus declarados objetivos. A aprovação do acordo do FMI abriu brechas profundas dentro da coalizão governante Frente de Todos e está exercendo uma forte pressão em direção à unidade nacional no topo para evitar uma explosão social na base.
El pasado fin de semana, más de cincuenta camaradas participaron en la conferencia política estatal de la sección española de la Corriente Marxista Internacional. Fue nuestra primera reunión presencial en 3 años y la mayor hasta la fecha. Para muchos camaradas fue su primera conferencia estatal y la primera en persona.
